Nkenge Cunningham Adjunct Instructor Performing Arts

Bio
Nkenge Cunningham began her professional dancing career at the precious age of 5 in New York City under the auspices of Marie Basse Wiles, founder and director of Maimouna Keita School of West African. West African dance from then on became her choice of study. Her study and acquired skills with traditional West African dance has allowed her to travel to many places nationally and internationally performing with various dance troupes. She currently performs and teaches with the DC based company, Farafina Kan.
