Modified Payroll Reporting Schedule for August

As many people take time off before the start of the fall semester, the Payroll Office requests that all bi-weekly staff (including student employees) and monthly employees complete their August in an expedited manner. By doing so, the Payroll Office has sufficient time to process timesheets and leave reports and ensure that everyone receives their pay in a timely manner.ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý

Below is the modified bi-weekly timesheets and monthly leave reporting schedule for August:Ìý

Pay period ending Friday, Aug. 19 (work performed Aug. 6 – 19) to be paid Sept. 2Ìý

  • Bi-weekly employees must complete and submit their time by Wednesday, Aug. 17. Supervisors must approve timesheets by Friday, Aug. 19.ÌýÌýÌý

Pay period ending Friday, Sept. 2 (work performed Aug. 20 – Sept. 2) to be paid Sept. 16Ìý

  • Bi-weekly employees must complete and submit their time by Tuesday, Sept. 6. Supervisors must approve timesheets by Friday, Sept. 9.ÌýÌýÌý

Monthly Leave Reports for AugustÌý

  • Monthly employees must complete and submit their August leave report by no later than Thursday, Sept. 1, prior to the Labor Day holiday weekend. Supervisors must approve leave reports by Tuesday, Sept. 6.ÌýÌýÌý

For bi-weekly employees unable to complete their timesheets, supervisors may do so in their behalf. Departments should designate a secondary if a supervisor is unable to approve timesheets and leave reports.Ìý
