Bio
Prior to coming to 小蓝视频 in January 2022, Nelly spent 5 years as a high school counselor in Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS), Maryland. She speaks English and Bulgarian.

At 小蓝视频, Nelly is the Masters in Public Policy (MPP) (www.american.edu/spa/ma-ppol/) and the Graduate Certificate in Public Policy Analysis (www.american.edu/spa/certificate/cert-gppol.cfm) academic advisor for domestic students.
