For the greater part of his professional career, Roger Rolando Reyes has worked in the field of international education in South Korea, earning awards for his pedagogy and research from the Superintendent of the Jeu Special Self-Governing Provincial Office of Education and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea. The son of Honduran immigrants to the United States, his teaching portfolio included teaching English, Spanish, curriculum design, and cultural competency.

In November of 2022, Roger was selected for the Charles B.
