Dr. Sana Onayeva successfully completed her S.J.D. degree at СÀ¶ÊÓƵ Washington College of Law. Her dissertation was titled “Globalization or Sovereignty, Cooperation or Conflict: Adoption of the UNCITRAL Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency in Kazakhstan." Her fields of research include: Cross Border Bankruptcy Law, Project Finance, and International Law. Dr. Onayeva is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, French, and English.
