How to Register
Note that when submitting registration you may聽only need to include the name of the institution and the name/email of the team contact person. The team contact person can be either the coach or a member of the team. The deadline to submit the final list of team members and coaches is聽Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
REGISTRATION Fee
Registration fee is $750 for one team and $1,100.00 for two teams. The fee must be paid by聽Wednesday, February 12,聽2025.
Payment can be made by credit card through the registration link, check, or wire transfer. Please contact arbitration@wcl.american.edu if you have specific requirements as the form of payment.
A team may withdraw from the competition at any time before聽5:00 p.m. on February 12, 2025.聽Please note that after that time, the registration fee will be non-refundable.
The registration fee covers the welcome reception聽and award ceremony reception on the occasion of the oral rounds. Teams will be responsible for the arrangement and funding of their own flights, accommodations, food and travel expenses.
Register two teams
To register two teams please complete the information required for "Team 1" and then mark "2" in the payment box. Then automatically you will see an additional form block where you can add the information about the team members of you second team (if you have it). If not, please at least provide the contact information for your team or teams.

Once your team is registered, please initiate credit card payment using the payment box on the right of the screen.
