This Certificate Program is geared to recent graduates and mid-career attorneys eager to acquire working knowledge of the legal principles and practical implications of international commercial and investment arbitration. The programs are also聽a good way to update knowledge for attorneys who have had some exposure to arbitration, and who want to follow up to the latest developments in this quickly changing field.聽
The programs are further open to other specialists without a legal qualification, such as economists, engineers and political scientists who are interested in learning more about international arbitration. Candidates who do not hold a law degree must send a CV and statement of interest to聽arbitration@wcl.american.edu
