David Brill
David Brill is a seasoned technology and financial services executive with a rich history in the digital asset arena before the term 鈥淔inTech鈥 gained widespread recognition. As a true pioneer in the digital asset space, he played pivotal roles in some of its early milestones. Notable accomplishments include facilitating the listing of Ethereum on one of the first regulated digital asset exchanges, contributing to the development of the initial Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and providing tactical consulting expertise to numerous high-profile digital asset projects.聽
Currently, Mr. Brill is a Managing Director in the Blockchain and Digital Assets Group with FTI Consulting and the Chair of the Cryptoassets Working Group within the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance, where his expertise shines in the realms of digital asset trading and investment.
Mr. Brill鈥檚 distinguished career encompasses various influential positions, including his role as the Former Deputy General Counsel of Voyager Digital, General Counsel of OST, General Counsel of Gemini Trust Company, and Executive Vice President and General Counsel of American Stock Transfer & Trust Company. Prior to these roles, he served as a senior lawyer at Thomson Reuters.聽
Notably, Mr. Brill also assumed leadership positions within professional organizations, having been President of the New York City Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and Chairman of its Corporate and Securities Committee.聽
