Book Presentation "To Catch a Dictator" by 聽Reed Brody
The Academy on Human Rights and Humanitarian Law was delighted to host Reed Brody on February, 28 2023 for a discussion about his recently published book 鈥淭o Catch a Dictator鈥. Reed gave students, academics, attorneys and human rights advocates a deeper appreciation of the massive effort that it took to bring Hiss猫ne Habr茅, the former dictator of Chad, to justice while acknowledging the central role that Habr茅鈥檚 victims played in his eventual prosecution. We are incredibly grateful to have hosted Reed and are sure that his book will serve as a source of inspiration and roadmap for those seeking to hold the world鈥檚 most powerful leaders accountable for the commission of atrocity crimes.
