PIJIP Co-Hosts Technical Briefing on Upcoming WIPO Negotiations on Copyright

On March 6, 2023, СÀ¶ÊÓƵ’ Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property, and the  recently hosted a technical briefing on the legal and policy issues at stake in the  of the World Intellectual Property Organization’s Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights.

The SCCR will be meeting on March 13-17, 2023. Major issues on the agenda include consideration of the ,Ìý, and a . Representatives of accredited public interest observers of the SCCR will provide analysis of the agenda for stakeholders, delegates and others interested in the outcomes of the SCCR.
