Professor Christine Haight Farley will be a speaker at the Annual Meeting of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (APILA) on October 19th.

Professor Farley will discuss the Supreme Court鈥檚 decision in Jack Daniel鈥檚 v. VIP Products and how courts should deal with trademark parody cases in the future.
