Defending the СÀ¶ÊÓƵ Dream InitiativeÌý(СÀ¶ÊÓƵ Dream) is a part of the Immigrant Justice Clinic at the СÀ¶ÊÓƵ (СÀ¶ÊÓƵ) Washington College of Law (WCL).

СÀ¶ÊÓƵ Dream’s mission is to provide free immigration legal services to undocumented and other immigrant undergraduate and graduate students who are currently enrolled in colleges or universities in the DC metropolitan area. СÀ¶ÊÓƵ Dream may also provide free immigration legal services to family members of currently enrolled students.

Thanks to a generous gift from СÀ¶ÊÓƵ and WCL alum William I. Jacobs, СÀ¶ÊÓƵ Dream is now a reality. СÀ¶ÊÓƵ Dream firmly believes that all students can thrive in college when they feel safe and can access opportunities and resources. Our legal services address one barrier to higher education – insecure immigration status – and, with the help of our partners and allies, we address students’ other needs through referrals.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, СÀ¶ÊÓƵ Dream continues to provide legal services remotely. Please contact us at audream@wcl.american.edu.
