Custom Designed Training Programs

Upon request, courses can be custom-designed for specific groups of practitioners with special attention to subject-matter and geographic interests.  

Custom-designed courses are appropriate for  practitioners in government agencies, the judiciary, companies or non-profits seeking specialized and up-to-date knowledge from leading experts. Courses may focus on corruption prevention, fraud, financial and organized crime, ethics and compliance, whistleblower protection, asset recovery, Covid-related procurement and other timely topics.

The course substance and class schedule is adapted to the course participants’ professional circumstances and availability. All classes are taught by expert legal practitioners or law school faculty.

Custom-designed training programs may involve:

  • Certificate and/or CLE courses to specific number of days duration.
  • Discussions with expert practitioners (half-day or day long)
  • In-country training (upon request)

Past custom-designed programs have been offered to various audiences, including:   

  • Federal public attorneys from Brazil
  • Justices of the Supreme Federal Court & Supreme Court of Justice of Brazil
  • Internal Auditors – Government of Korea
  • Public prosecutors & judges - Czech Republic
  • Supreme Court & Appellate Judges - Sri Lanka
